Aquarius Season - Collective Reading

Updated: Jan 28, 2023

ONE

Well, candidly - and ironically. The best way for you to rebel right now - is to follow the flow.

You’ve been pushing upstream for a while now and it’s time to just let go and run with the pack for a while. Like, relax. Take a breath. Call in sick - take a mental health day. For real. Just slow down for a minute. I promise it won’t make or break you. In fact, it might even allow some really wonderful things to transpire FOR you instead of you going out to grab them all the time.

The universe is a wonderful and vast place. And it’s collaborative. You don’t have to go out to GET everything. A lot will meet you there if you are willing to release your own agenda for a minute.

Try it out. Worst case you wind up with an extra PJ day and Netflix-binge. And would that be so bad?

TWO

Tear it down.

It’s done. It’s over. It’s time.

It’s old. It’s over.

Let. It. GO.

It will hurt. It will be hard. It will be so, so incredibly challenging.

AND it will open up new possibilities that you either A) could never imagine or B) have been asking for, for a long, long time.

What do you want? What do you desire?

Have you been asking for change? Something new? Something bold?

You can’t keep what you have in tact and also create something new and amazing.

No one gets out of this life alive. Pain is a part of the human process.

Let in the challenges. Give it your best BRING IT ON WORLD attitude. Buckle in and enjoy the rollercoaster.

*

THREE

The pause is over. It’s time to move.

Whatever you’ve been sleeping on, whatever you’ve been delaying or just putting off. It’s time to get going.

You don’t have to blast out of the gate at full speed. In fact, you ought not to.

Take small steps forward. Like you’re gently waking from a long sleep (or a really good savasana). Be gentle with yourself as you move forward. There’s nothing that you’re meant to keep pace with.

Your burn out comes from this (completely unfounded) idea that you are behind, or need to be somewhere else, or keeping up with someone/something/some time…

Where does this belief originate? Might be worth asking yourself or talking it through with a trusted friend.

You are being called into trust. Trusting that you are exactly where you ought to be. Trusting that your pace is perfect. That the rhythm of life is unfolding for you in a beautifully flawed, and blissfully imperfect way. You would do so well to enjoy the nuances as opposed to pushing up against them or trying to correct them all the time.

The human experience is messy and unedited. And so should you be. Don't apologize for participating in this experience exactly as it's meant to be experienced. It didn't come with a user manual for a reason. It's meant to be a learning experience with flaws and hiccups to be appreciated and then leveraged to create more learning experiences.

All you need to do is keep slowly stepping forward. One foot at a time.
