It's ironic that during the winter holidays, when nature is resting and rejuvenating, we humans find ourselves caught up in a flurry of consumerism and holiday obligations.
This Yule Ritual was inspired by Vanessa: The Wonder Work (@vanessaandheriphone on TikTok) who created the 12 Magical Nights ritual.
I am using her ritual as a base for creating a welcome respite from the chaos.
This is as much for me as it is for anyone else. I need something to commit to, something that drives me into an intentional state of introspection and rest so that I can prioritize peace and self-care even amid a busy season.
